Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice requires 50% payment of the service fee; forfeiting your deposit.

Failure to show or not receiving a service for the equal value booked, will result in the inability to rebook any further appointments, and the full service fee being charged to the card on file.

Being over 15 minutes late to your appointment forfeits the the remainder of your scheduled appointment time and your deposit.

There are no additional guests allowed in any circumstances.

There are no refunds or partial refunds in any circumstances.

Allergic Reactions

Due to the sensitivity of the eyes, if an allergic reaction occurs you will be required to seek the approval of a qualified doctor before a removal can be undertaken. Costs associated with the treatment of an allergic reaction are at your own expense and will not be covered by the beauty therapist. A free removal is offered for allergic reactions within 4 days of the appointment. Other service costs will not be refunded.

Brow Service

To book this service you must:

  • Not use any of the following within the week prior to appointment (AHA/BHA peels, Chemical Peels, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Retinol).

  • Not be using prescription acne medications (Roaccutane, ReTrieve Cream, Epiduo, Duac).

  • Have had no previous allergic reactions to 3% peroxide or hair peroxide.

  • Have had no recent sunburnt on face.

  • If you do not comply to all of the above, you are significantly more likely to skin irritation.

LasH Service

  • You must be free from illness (including cold's, conjunctivitis, styes, etc) for a minimum of 2 weeks before your appointment.

  • You must remove contact lenses prior to your appointment.

  • Due to the natural lash cycle, refills must occur between 2-4 weeks of previous appointment, with a minimum of 50% extensions still on. If you have less than 50% of lashes remaining for your refill, you will be charged a full set price or may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Extensions must be cleansed EVERY DAY with a professional lash cleanser. These are available for purchase at your appointment. Failure to cleanse appropriately will decrease the longevity of your extensions and put you at risk of blepharitis and other infections.

  • You must arrive to your appointment with ZERO eye-makeup on or a lash bath fee will apply.
